Server Health Monitoring
Server health monitoring is performed using the HealthUnity Network Management Console tool. This tool allows for the monitoring of health of the HIE services as well as the Edge Servers.
System Error / Exception Monitoring
This is also handled using the HealthUnity Network Management Console tool.
Network Intrusion Monitoring
Several commercial network management and monitoring and intrusion monitoring solutions are available to help facilitate this.
Fraudulent Activity Monitoring
This is handled by reviewing the audit log periodically and when specific events occur (e.g. when a VIP visits the provider facility).
