Tools for System Administration
Our admin tool is built as a snap in for Microsoft Management Console. Screenshots for manual grouping/ungrouping as well as message tracking are shown below:
Manual Grouping worksheet. Names can be dragged from one group to manually regroup patient records.
We can use the Manual Grouping Worksheet to search and manually regroup the patient records in the MPI. The tool allows us to perform multiple searches, each based on different criteria, and then simply drag and drop the patient records among different existing groups or a newly created group. Each and every transaction in the MPI is audited, and it is assumed that the administrator would have sufficient reason to regroup the patient.
Similar user interface is available for resolving potential false positives and false negatives as exhibited.
The following image showcases MPI’s message tracking capability. Each and every message coming to the HealthUnity MPI are stored and can be tracked based on the message source, message control ID, message type, status and the received time. In case of any processing error, detailed error log is associated with the message that can be used for diagnosis purpose.

Change Management Process
Each Change Request is reviewed and an appropriate decision is taken. Key individuals from the team do the impact analysis and the required design change for implementing the change request. Each step has reviews in place to ensure that no unwanted change gets through. A key differentiation aspect of the HealthUnity Change Management Process is the two-step test cycle; one from within the organization and one by a 3rd party QA Team, which ensures thorough testing and certification of the build.
Training
Trainings would be focused on imparting product knowledge and how to administer the product. Largely this would cover the following areas over a two-week period:
