Electronic referrals service is another built in component of our HIE solution. This service can be accessed using the HIE web client UI or natively from integrated EHR systems.
How Does It Work?
Built on top of our secure messaging solution, the eReferral solution allows for attachments of files as well as patient chart information to be forwarded to other participants on the HIE using the web based UI.
Who Should Deploy This?
HIE customers who want a solution for their providers to easily message each other while taking HIPAA security and privacy considerations into account.
